Thank you for shopping with Aegis Supply Co.! We're committed to delivering your order as quickly, reliably, and affordably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may be extended by 2–5 business days.

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to offer reliable delivery worldwide. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, carrier disruptions).

We do not guarantee delivery dates, except where explicitly stated during checkout.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders.

International shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.


4. Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to over 100+ countries and all 50 states.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but if something goes wrong:

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If they are unable to resolve the issue, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Delays: Shipping delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


7. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at aegissupplysupport@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


8. Holiday & Weekend Schedules

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the holiday season), shipping times may be longer than usual.


9. Special Handling for Certain Products

Some products (e.g., oversized items, hazardous materials, or made-to-order goods) may require additional handling time. Any special shipping requirements will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to expedite delivery.


10. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
